        You want to be treated right. Many couples find that some of the hotel wedding departments simply don't know how to provide outstanding customer service. In some cases, their turnover is great and their couples feel that they simply cannot get the answers they want to their questions in a timely manner.

 

        We have many couples who come to us after they have had a bad experience with another company. We want you to know that we'll work hard to provide you with all of the information you need to make your wedding romantic and wonderful. We will treat you right knowing that is the best way for any company to do business. We do this because we really do care about your wedding and want it to be perfect.

Nothing can be more frustrating to a couple than to arrive on island and discover that many of the details they thought had been handled, are simply undone. The bigger your wedding, the more likely that this will add to your stress on this important day.

We want you to be so happy when you're wedding is over that you'll be anxious to give us a quote telling us how great your wedding was. Therefore we work hard to provide the kind of service for our couples that will make certain that all of those little details are taken care of.

        Although our services are not inexpensive, we strive to provide excellent VALUE for the dollars that our couples spend. We want you to go home feeling that you "got your money's worth" from your Hawaii wedding.

Maui Wedding Cancellation Policy

        Our Deposit -- Our deposit is non-refundable because we incur a lot of expenses in setting up a wedding, including salaries, overhead and the cost of all those 800 calls to our office. If a couple cancels their wedding, we then have to do twice the amount of coordinating work, calling all of our vendors and informing them of the change. For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable.

 

        Cancellations with more than 30 days before the wedding -- If a couple cancels their wedding up to 30 days before the wedding, we give back any or all additional funds that they have paid toward the wedding with the exception of the deposit. However, this does NOT include non-refundable fees that you have incurred (like a site fee) from a vendor.

 

        Cancellations with less than 30 days before the wedding -- charges incurred may be as high as 50%, depending on the lateness of the cancellation and the number of vendors involved. Remember, that the closer you are to your wedding day, the more likely there will be charges that cannot be returned.

 

        Beyond non-refundable site fees, many of our vendors will have spent money on any wedding if it is canceled with only short notice. Your florist may have ordered flowers from the mainland, glasses may have been engraved, and the musicians and minister have no doubt turned down other bookings in favor of your Hawaii wedding. If you do have to cancel at the last minute, we will work hard to give you back as much money as we can, but some things are simply out of our control.

 

        If you change your date because you cannot have your wedding on the date you have originally booked, we will charge you nothing extra for that rebooking. However, keep in mind that if you then cancel your wedding after rescheduling it, the size of your refund will be decreased.
